The Business Executive Society of Tomorrow (BEST) is a general business organization at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa’s Shidler College of Business. Founded in 1998, BEST is dedicated to fostering personal and professional growth through networking, workshops, tours, community service, and social events. BEST prides itself on developing well-rounded students and future business leaders.

Professional Development

BEST hosts a wide range of professional events designed to prepare members for real-world success. Mock Interviews, Professional Interaction Night, and the Alumni Networking Event connect students with industry professionals, while workshops and company tours help members build practical skills, confidence, and professionalism.

SOCIAL & COMMUNITY SERVICE

BEST builds a strong sense of community through social and service focused events throughout the semester. Traditions like Aloha Banquet, celebrating our seniors, and Committee Night, featuring themed competition and team spirit, bring members together while our community service efforts give back to the local community.
